After a week away, visiting brand new grandbabies out east, we are back home. Feels good. Now the Christmas decorating must start in earnest. Today will be a day of organizing what needs to be done…checking the cookie list, planning the week’s menu (easy meals this week!), making a grocery list, sorting the piles of boxes to see what can be done next. Trees need to be fluffed and lights adjusted or put on the trees. Ornaments can wait. Friends from church are coming to help later in the week.
I’ll be taking pictures as I go along. Hope to post some later.
12:30 pm – Have Daniel’s Cookie Bar Bites in the oven. I’ll cut them into 1″ squares when cooled and freeze them for dipping in chocolate a few days before the party.
Menu and grocery list are done for two weeks, laundry is done, and the kitchen is looking much better! Plugging along! 🙂
