One of my favorite Christmas not-a-cookie treats are Date Balls. They are delicious.

1 pound butter

2 c. sugar

Raspberry Truffles
1 1/3 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 T heavy cream
1 T butter
2 T seedless raspberry jam
