Peanut Butter Truffles and Sugar Cookie Crisps…the cookies of the day. I mixed the PB truffles this AM and rolled them while chatting with a friend who came by to see me. I’m in the process of dipping them in chocolate before storing them in the freezer. Just before the open house, they will be thawed, dipped in white candy coating and topped with multi-colored sprinkles. The Sugar Cookie Crisps are mixed and in the fridge for rolling into balls later.
Decorating for Christmas is on hold for a few days while I make the invitations for our annual Christmas open house the first Sunday in December. I’ll post more pics to flickr.com soon.
