With 22 Christmas trees to put up before our annual open house the first Sunday in December, we have to start early. This weekend, my sister came to help put up the first four. This one, in the guest room, is decorated in white, silver, and shades of light blue. The LED lights have bluish cast to them that goes perfectly with the blue/silver theme. It still needs the final bit of decorating…a light dusting of silver tinsel.
But, after putting up four trees, I began to feel poorly…scratchy throat, and then a cough. I spent Sunday in the recliner, napping. DD has the same thing, so we’ll have to pare schooling down to the bare minimum this week. The menu needs to be simple, as well.

Wow! Your tree looks amazing! One of the best I’ve seen!
And of course, the menu sounds good! WOuld love to have myself as a guest, haha!
The dark blue ceiling really sets off the silver in the top of the tree. I got a few more blue ornaments for it.
