This MINI Putz house has been listed in my Etsy shop. It is the middle size of Putz that I make. I make TINY MINI, MINI, AND ORIGINAL.
The four bottle brush trees were painted white, dusted with fine clear glitter, then dabbed with faux snow. While the snow was wet, they were sprinkled with large iridescent glitter.
The base measures 4″ wide x 5 3/4″ deep. The Putz is 4 1/4″ tall as measured from the bottom of the base to the top of the chimneys.
I like to make the bases from upcycled Christmas cards. When the base is tilted up, there’s a little surprise underneath. The colors of the Putz are usually dictated by the colors on the Christmas card.
The back of the Putz has the traditional hole that allows for the use of an LED light string for lighting the house.
This Putz has a larger than normal front yard because it is made on a vertical card rather than an horizontal one.
The lights are on! Ready to greet Santa on Christmas Eve!
The Putz comes with two puffs of smoke, in case a fire is needed on a chilly, winter evening.
