I got an e-mail from Jodi this morning. She said she was thinking of this candy, I used to make it often enough that she remembered it fondly. She’s having a party at her house in SC this evening and said the candy will be served…then Abby chimed in on the e-mail thread and said she was hungry for some, would Jodi bring some for her when she comes home for Christmas…and this is how I ended up here, spending a very good long time browsing your blog and totally enjoying another Christmas with you and your family, as well as many memories of fond friendship with you. Almond bark is a vanilla flavored candy coating. White chocolate could be used. I don’t know about Australia…check the baking aisle at your local grocery. At my store it is stocked on the top shelf above chocolate chips and cocoa. There is white vanilla flavored coating and brown chocolate flavored candy coating. It’s used to make candies.
